If you would like to make changes to your booking, please send us request to : info@dubaitravelexpert.ae mentioning the booking reference and changes you would like to make.
We will process your request according to the terms and conditions of the booking, including cancellation and modification requirements.
To cancel a booking, please send us a request to: info@dubaitravelexpert.ae with booking reference.
Cancellation of the tour can be done according to booking and/or cancellation terms and conditions for this particular tour.
If you would like to amend one tour to another, send request to: info@dubaitravelexpert.ae with booking reference.
We will process your request according to the terms and conditions of the booking, including cancellation and modification requirements.
The description of the tour indicates the starting point location of the tour.
You can either book a transfer at extra cost on our website, in "Additional Services" section, or, alternatively book a taxi and mention the starting point location where the tour takes place.
If you stay in the hotel, please wait for your pick up or tour guide next to the concierge desk.
If you stay at a place other than a hotel we will get in touch with you and check your preferred pick up location, convenient to both.
Baby seats can be provided upon request and are strictly subject to availability. The child seat has to be paid at a child or adult rate where applicable and according to the terms and conditions of each particular tour as well as the age of the child.
Request for a child seat should be e-mailed to: info@dubaitravelexpert.ae , with
booking reference number.
If the tour is subject to cancellation, according to the terms and conditions of the reservation, the full refund will be processed and credited to the card, with which the payment was made within 14 working days with a deduction of bank commissions. Travel Expert Company LLC is not responsible for the bank commissions applied for the refunds.
The tour must be paid in advance while booking on the website.
To tentatively block/book the tour on a specific date/time, please contact us by e-mail: info@dubaitravelexpert.ae with the tour details and desired date/time. We will process your request in accordance to the specific terms and conditions applied for this particular product.
Please contact us on info@dubaitravelexpert.ae and we will get back to you with alternatives that may help you to select the right option/tour.
The service provider reserves the right to ask for the age verification from the parents in case of any doubts and in accordance to the specific terms and conditions applied for several attractions (theme parks, aqua parks etc)
If you forgot / lost things during the tour, contact the company provider or contact us by e-mail: info@dubaitravelexpert.ae , giving a detailed description of the lost items: color, shape, size, brand and the circumstances where you may think the items were lost/forgotten. Please provide us with your direct contact details where we can reach you to receive any additional information required. We will do our best to assist you in this matter however we can not be held responsible for any items lost or forgotten during the tours booked via Travel Expert Company LLC.
The tour can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge due to bad weather conditions to ensure the safety of the guests and upon the consent of both parties.
