CANCELLATION POLICY
- No shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
- FIT Bookings - 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time (unless an otherwise period has
been notified in writing on booking). - Group Bookings (minimum of 1 boat) - prior to 4 weeks in advance of the tour departure without any
charges. Cancellation between 2 to 4 weeks of the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 2 weeks of tour departure.
