IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• For check-in, guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the tour departure time. 

• Guests have to carry a hard copy of the tickets received by email.
• All children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children weighing less than 15 kilograms cannot be carried for safety reasons.
• For safety reasons, we do not permit women at any stage of pregnancy on-board.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
• FIT Bookings - 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time (unless an otherwise period has
  been notified in writing on booking).
• Group Bookings (minimum of 1 boat) - prior to 4 weeks in advance of the tour departure without any
  charges. Cancellation between 2 to 4 weeks of the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 2 weeks of tour departure.

CHILD POLICY

• Children's tickets are applicable for children aged up to 12 years old.
• Children weighing less than 15 kilograms cannot be carried for safety reasons.
• Children above age 12 be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
